Tender For Repair To Path, Joint Filing & Misc B/R Works At Tech & Adm Area Of 25Ed Af Stn Deolali.; 1 Material and labour for raking and taking out the sealing compound from existing old joints of pavements/ hard standingwith raker to full depth as directed and cleaning the joints by means of compressed air and filling back joints as described hereinafter including disposing off the old materials to a distance exceeding 100 metres and not exceeding 200 metres complete:(a) Joints shall be of any width n Exc 50 mm wide and 40 mm deep (b)Priming the side and bottom of joint with suitable primer as per manufacturers instructions and filled with bituminous sealing compound of Grade A or equivalent sealing compound of deep 40mm conforming to BS:5212 and laying masking tape on edges of jointscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris off the premises 3 Removal of debris obtained from demolition/dismantling upto 5km distance to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed 4 S&F SFRC cover of size 1200mmX600mmX75mm thick with edge protection MS flat 75mmX5mm of load bearing capacity 5 to 7 MT including handle, bar etc complete all as specified and as directed 5 M & Lfor 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as insub base, sub floors 6 M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in path/PCC road/hardstandingandPCC should be laid in alternate waysand the area of one panel should not be exc 10 Sqm/each and finishing the surface of concrete roads/paths/hardstanding by broomingall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 M &L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A. 8 Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation. 9 M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size made of grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Gradecomplete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for Providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type-B1(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs ,back filling of PS frame, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed (including necessary form work)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, dismantling of existing float valve & re fixing the same after cleaning the water tank, capacity of tank exc. 250ltr but n.exc 500 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed 12 Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, dismantling of existing float valve & re fixing the same after cleaning the water tank, capacity of tank exc. 500ltr but n.exc 1000 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed 13 S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed by Engg. G.I. or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete. 37 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM1 :6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesand rendering is to be finished even and smooth faced plaster all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 38 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 39 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick workin CM (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth faced plaster on walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 40 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge 41 M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (20 mm graded aggregate), as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. 42 Taking down carefully exsiting bitumen tar felt including plaster/exsiting PCC padding, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of Roof,terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets/kerbs walls etc and removing the rubbish to a distance exc 500m but n.exc 1.50 km and depositing where directed. 43 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crusher stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement I,e Shali plastLW+ or STP No-1 or equivalent as in roof/roof kerb/cover concrete to water proofingfinished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 44 M&L for Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:3onconcrete surfaces finished even and smooth using WPC liquid of Make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacture instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50kg of cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 45 Supply only liquid water proofing compound 46 M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surface thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as specified here in after :-(a) Bituminous primer @ 0.30 liter per SqM confirming to IS 3384-1986.(b) 3mm thick APP polymeric mambrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm of M/S TEXSA Ltd or M/S TIKI Asphalt hydro stop or IWL 3 Kg/Sqm membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method with overlaps of 100mm joints of traverse direction and 75mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manuel of company.(c) Painting With one coat of bitumin grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm.(d) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 200ml/sqm. 47 Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as completed. 48 M &L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as completed 49 Fixing only Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as completed 50 M&Lor hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified 51 S&F for 15 mm thick Second class hardwood Boarding, with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting) 52 M&L for timber framed and fixedSecond class hardwood in scantling 53 Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips completeall as specified & directed . 54 M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed 55 M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) 56 Use& waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similer work including pillaster , buttress etc ; verticle or to batter.
