Work Involves 2 137.01OVERHAULING OF HYDRAULIC PUMP, SHIPYARD TO ARRANGE SPARES. 3 137.02Both crane body structure crack & rusted and wornout. Same to be cropped and renewed to restore the original structure & lifting capacity. Area approx10 sq.m, complete chipping and painting with SWL marking of crane 4 137.03OVERHAULING OF MOTORS 5 137.04REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC OIL, GEAR OIL 6 137.05RENEWAL OF HYDRAULIC HOSES 7 137.06RENEWAL OF SEALS O RINGS 8 137.07RENEWAL OF FILTERS 9 137.08HYDRAULIC OIL COOLER TO CLEAN AND PRESSURE TEST 10 137.09TIGHTENING OF ALL THE BOLTS AND NUTS. Renewal of all grease nipples and greasing points 11 137.10LIMIT SWITCH OPERATION TO CHECK AND TO BE MADE OPERATIONAL, CRANE HOOK SAFETY LOCK TO PROVIDE 12 137.11 PANEL BOARD DEFECTIVE TIMERS AND CONTACTORS TO BE RENEWED. 13 137.12Control lever and hydraulic valves to be checked and renewed if necessary. Complete purging of hydraulic system 14 137.13Hydraulic pipes ( Steel) including deck penetration to be renewed. Approx 10 penetration and couplings 15 137.14Sheaves to be Overhauled. 16 137.15Thickness gauging of crane structure to be done and Crane to be load tested both static and dynamic at maximum working radius. Complete purging of hydraulic system 30 136.13Sheaves to be Overhauled. Operator chair and ladder to be renewed 31 136.14HOOK SAFETY LOCK TO PROVIDE 32 136.15Wires to be renewed. Hook blocks to be renewed with suitable SWL 33 136.16complete chipping and painting with SWL marking of crane 34 136.17Thickness gauging of crane structure to be done.Both crane body structure crack & rusted and wornout. Same to be cropped and renewed to restore the original structure & lifting capacity. Area approx 5sq.m, complete chipping and painting with SWL marking of crane. Crane to be load tested both static and dynamic at maximum working radius. Crane load test to be certified by a “competent authority”.
