Tender For Annual Rate Contract For Work Related To Drilling Of Handpump Bore And Handpump Installation Under The Jurisdiction Of Phed Rural Division Salumber District Salumber - 1 Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depthin all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 2 Nominal bore 100 mm dia. 3 Nominal bore 125 mm dia. 4 Add 15% extra on above item for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr, If depth of bore is more than 100 mtr. 5 Nominal bore 100 mm dia. 6 Nominal bore 125 mm dia. 7 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked {IS:1239(Part-1:2004)} medium of following sizes at site of work. 8 125 mm dia NB( Thickness of pipe 4.8 mm & mass of tube 16.40 Kg/m) 9 Supply & installation of GI pipe 32 mm medium class “B” with pipe sockets (heavy duty). 10 Supply and installation of ISI marked India Mark II Hand pump set complete with cylinder & 15 connecting rods. 11 Installation of India Mark II/III E.D. I & II hand pump set complete on existing platform. 12 Construction of 185 cm. dia platform as per approved design & drawing of UNICEF. 13 Supply & Fixing tube well coverof MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 14 125 mm dia 15 Construction of soakage in all type of soil with 300 mm thik Dry masonary top & bottom dia coarse in CM 1:6 80mm thick stone slab : jointing of slab in CM 1:3 rathal Kharanja , 40 mm thick M-15 grade c.c Flooring Earth work complete. 16 Size 240 cm dia outedide &240 cm depth 17 Providing laying and jointing of Glazzed S/W pipe A (IS 651 Marked) of approved make with spun yarn & sufi Mixture of cement mortar 1:1 excavation and refilling of earth in all type of soil upto 1.20 mtr.
