R-I.- 1 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking ofserviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) ) 5 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone 6 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. White sand stone 7 Relaying 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red/white sand stone. (Old Sand Stone shall be supplied by the department free of cost). 8 Providing & Fixing M-25 grade precast RCC bollards of size 150 mm dia 950 mm length each having rounded top and two nos. grooves of size 75 mm x 18 mm each of 12 cm, 28 cm from top, the bollards will be fixed onward of specified spacing emdaded 25 cm deep in CC Block of mix 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including excavation of CC block size 30 x 30 x 30 cm including disposal of excavation soil with in lead of 50 metre. 9 Disposalofbuildingrubbish/ malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled orwaste materials by mechanical means,including loading,transporting, unloading thesameatanyC&D wastemanagement sitewithin25Kms.Leadi.e. ShastriPark/Burari/ Mundkaincludingweightingat plant etc. complete as per directionof Engineer-In-Charge. Weighting andunloadingatthe plantshallbeasperprocedures/ rules of the C&D Wasteplant .The processing fee of C&Dmanagementat prescribed rats willbe deposited bythe agency and the same shall be reimbursed bythe department onproductionofonlyoriginal cash receipts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
