Tender For Sitc Of 3-Phase 500 Kva Digital Micro Controlled Servo Stabilizer At Bakhira Pump Canal-Ii - SITC of 500 KVA ( including fabrication of tinshade and foundation for SCVS), free-standing floor mounting, outdoor type, copper-bound servo-controlled voltage stabilizer (SCVS), naturally oil cooled (including first filling of oil), suitable for voltage range of input phase voltage (voltage range 150-260 volt, i.e, 230 Volt), should be maintained at 230 volt 1% with a speed of correction not less than 7-8 v/sec—phase to neutral voltage. The SCVS shall have an output voltage range of 415-440 volts and shall be supplied with a Digital voltmeter and ammeter with a selector switch to read input/output voltage and currents. Auto/manual control selector switch, sensitivity control LED indication lamps within fuses and controls, and protection against OVER/UNDER voltages. OVERLOAD, Single phasing, and protection for sensing elements. SCVS shall have all accessories like cable and boxes, oil gauge, silica gel breather,earthing terminal, and complete as required. The SCVS shall conform to IS: 9815 (with the latest amendment). The SCVS shall be suitable for unbalanced loads and unbalanced input voltage with individual correction in all three phases. The SCVS shall be provided with the following protection: Overload, Short Circuit, Earth fault, Over voltage, Under voltage, Single phase prevention, High Temperature Spike, and Surge CONTROL AND Indication. The following alarm and annunciation shall be provided: Alarm 1, Low/High voltage (out of input range) 2. Single-phase prevention alarm, 3. High temperature alarm indication, LED indication for input voltage, High/Low DEGREE OF PROTECTION: The Degree of protection for the enclosure shall be IP65 for an outdoor installation. COOLING METHOD: The Cooling method shall be oil-cooled. TESTS: All routine tests as per standards shall be conducted for proper functioning of the Equipment in the presence of a Departmental representative.
