Tender For Road Construction Work By Hotmix From Loha Mandi Zone Room No. 90 Pashchimpuri Main Road To Shri Sanjay Singh Residence And From Tirupati Dham To The Front Of Kk Rural Dairy.
Earth work cutting in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum. {Chapter No. 4, S.I. No. 253(a)}

Providing and laying of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 but consolidation of 45-63 mm 10 cm thick (Loose) cost of stone ballast. {S.I. Providing and laysing 22.4-53mm gauge stone ballast 10cm thick (loose) coad including reparing of patches picking up to old surface spreading, ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal up to 30m carriage of water upto 200m maintenance of barriers and all labour T&P including Road Roller Charges etc. required for proper complation of work the stone ballast is to be supplied to the contrator free of cost at site. {S.I. Providing & Appling priming coad with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0-70kg/Sqm. Using machanical means. Before applying prime coad. The surface will be cleaned wigth machanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface moist. The Prime Coat will be applied 24 Hrs. before the application of bituminous course including all taxes. Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for copletion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor at the of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading. premixed with |bituminous bider @ 3.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler. transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control tO the required grade level and alignment. rolling with smooth |wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects
