Tender For Periodical Services To Offers Md Accommodation At Rms; 1 Note: (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, pilasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary.(iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(v) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc.(vi) Washing/cleaning of floors, glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc.complete all as specified and as directed . 2 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces) andapplying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M& L for preparation of old decorated surface and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on brick /concrete surfaces /plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oilemulsion distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for preparation of plasterded or unplastered old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparation of plasterded or un plasteredold decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying onecoat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed 8 M&L for preparationold painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed 9 All as per item No. 7.00 (here-in-before) but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including complete removal of existing treatment. 10 M&L for writing letter of figures (block , Roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint without brush marks, if necessary repainted until the desired result is obtained complete all as specified and as directed 11 M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster from old surface complete all as specified and as directed 12 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster from old surface complete all as specified and as directed 13 M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed 14 M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed 15 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projection including facia, cornices etc and applying waterproof cement based putty@ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall.There after applying one coat acrylic water based exterior grade [email protected] (undiluted)/10sqm diluted. Then applying two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistence with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltrs as per LEEDS specification. Anti algae properties in two coats @1.79 ltr (unditluted) / 10 sqm all as specified in Perticular Specfication here in after.
