Tender For Diversion Work Of 220 Kv Gr.Noida (400Kv)- Rc Green Circuit –I & Ii Infringing To 6 Lane Rom At Level Crossing No. 146B At Km 1412 (11-13) Over Khurja-Dadri Rail Section Including Tower Structure, Hardware Material Under Etd-Ii Noida. - Part-A Supply of Narrow Base Towers 2 Fabrication, galvanizing, inspection & supply of 220 kV narrow base towers including stubs, extensions stub setting template as per drawing & BOM. 3 MS Steel 4 HT Steel 5 Hot Dip Galvanised Nut & bolts with washers 6 Supply of Tower Accessories 7 Number plate 8 Danger plate 9 Phase plate in set of Red Blue & Yellow 10 Pipe type earthing material for Towers 11 160 KN Composit Silicon Rubber Insulators for 220 tension tower 12 Supply of Hardware suitable for ACSR Zebra 13 Double Tension Fitting 14 Vibration damper 15 Mid Span Jointg 16 Repair Sleev 17 Supply of Earthwire 7/9 SWG Accessories 18 7/9 SWG earthwire 19 Tension Clamp 20 Vibration damper 21 MS Joint 22 Copper Bond 23 Part-B Work 24 Erection of super structure of 220 kV NB DB/DD type tower and their extensions wherever required including all works above ground level and fitting of danger, number& phase plate, Bird guard etc but excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware & accessories. 25 Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of 5 Mtr. From ground level whichever is higher with three tacks of 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials. 26 Laying,stringing, tensioning,clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of all necessary hardware & accessories on all six phases of 220 kV Line. 27 Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointingincluding fitting of 7/9 SWG earthwire of 220 kV Line.all necessary hardware & accessories for OPGW. 28 Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grouding including cost of coke & salt. 29 Dismantling of foundation which includes excavation, breaking of foundation upto required depth and removing of concrete, cutting, removing of stub and steel reinforcement, backfilling, levelling of soil. 30 De-stringing of old ACSR zebra conductor including de-hoisting of all the necessary hardwares and accessories between section to section towers. 31 Dismantalling of A type tower 32 Carriage of material from store to site & site to store (including dismantled material) 33 Installation of ERS structure. Fixing of guy wires 7 others accessories & hardwares. Hoisting of insulators complete in all respect. 34 Stringing of all the three ACSR Zebra coductor alongwith all the necessory hardware fitting etc by making cut point at ERS tower & stringing between ERS & towers for the both ends of ERS. 35 Arrangement of watch & ward round the clock with atleast 4 nos. security guards, security at ERS location and also at the time of dimantalling of ERS conductor & hardware with hardware fittings. 36 De-stringing of all the three ACSR Zebra conductor alongwith HW fitting for removal of ERS. 37 Dismantalling of ERS structure, Removal of guy wires & other accessories & hardwares. Dehoisting of insulators complete in all respect. 38 Safe transportation including loading, unloading of ERS structure alongwith accessories, guy wires etc from the store at 400 kV S/S Greater Noida/ Allahabad to Lucknow site near Zehta. 39 Safe transportation including loading, unloading of ERS structure alongwith accessories, guy wires etc from Lucknow site near Zehta to store at 400 kV S/S Greater Noida/Allahabad.
