    Tender For Patch Repair Of Various Village Roads In Barhalganj Block Distt Gorakhpur Fy 2024-25 - Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencityAs per MORD Sl. No. 4.7 and Spec. 405(GST shall be paid extra as applicable) (Including labour cess) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepaired bituminous surface cleaned with Air Compressure 250 cfm As per MORD Sl. No. 5.2 and Spec. 503 (GST shall be paid extra as applicable) (Including labour cess and VG-10) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat As per MORD Sl. No. 5.9 and Spec. 508 (GST shall be paid extra as applicable) (Including labour cess and VG-10) 4 Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified leveis, grade and cross fall using Type CAs per MORD Sl. No. 5.12 and Spec. 510 (GST shall be paid extra as applicable) (Including labour cess and VG-10 )
