Overhauling of various size of valves in ACW pump house, Vacuum pump PHE,TG /SG Header vent, Rectification of OLTC gear mechanism during AOH for the year 2025-2026- 1 Charges for overhauling of 700 NB butterfly valve work involves in loosening ofbolts & nuts, lifting of butterfly valve using chain block, inside mollusk cleaning of butterfly valve, replacement of old seal and fixing of new seal, fixing of new gaskets of butterfly valve, positioning of butterfly valve using chain block & tightening of bolts & nuts & cutting of supports and painting of valve including all required consumables. 2 Charges for overhauling of 600 NB butterfly valve work involves in loosening ofbolts & nuts, lifting of butterfly valve using chain block, inside mollusk cleaning ofbutterfly valve, replacement of old seal and fixing of new seal, fixing of new gasket of butterfly valve, positioning of butterfly valve using Chain block & tightening of bolts & nuts & cutting of supports and painting of valve including all required consumables. 3 Charges for overhauling of 600 NB Non return valve work involves in loosening ofbolts & nuts, Lifting of NRV valve using chain block, inside mollusk cleaning of NRV valve, complete inspection, removal of NRV flap, inspection/rectification of seating area and flap moving area, fixing of new gasket, positioning of non return valve using chain block & tightening of bolts & nuts, cutting of supports and painting of valve including all required consumables. 4 Charges for overhauling of 600 NB Butterfly valve gear box work involves dismantling of gear box, complete cleaning all internals, inspection of gears and drive shaft, renewal/rectification of internal spares in gearbox, worn out seals and o ring replacement, new greasing, assembling, commissioning and painting of valve including all required consumables. 5 Charges for overhauling of Vacuum pump PHE inlet & outlet & ACW header vent are Repair and reconditioning of150 NBbutterfly valves. complete dismantling of valve internals and renewal/recondition of wornout spares in and outer of valves and painting of valve including all required consumables. 6 Overhauling of 65mm hand operated Gate / Globe valves in TG & SG suction header vent in Turbine 0 meter & 8.5 meter floor .Including cost of consumables & T & Ps. 7 Over hauling of OLTC Sytem: (a) Providing of scaffolding and platform to attend rectification works in four passes of outlet OLTC damper above the 6 meter height in front and rear side of outlet pipe lines ,inside the cooing water pipe lines ( NB 2000 MM) above the outlet butterfly valve by entry of 700 manual doorand removing of scaffolding and platform arrangement after completing the work. Necessary scaffolding materials, consumables Tools & plants are contractor scope. 8 Charges for servicing and rectification of actuators gear box mechanism in OLTC screen dampers : This works involves decoupling the gear boxfrom its actuators, shifting to repair bay area, dismantling and checking the internals (Centre column, yoke, clutch ring assembly, oil seals and limit switch drive shaft etc) cleaning, servicing, rectifying the fault in mechanism and assembling, coupling the actuator with gearbox and checking thescreen damper operation by manually and normalizing the system. Including cost of consumables & T & Ps. 9 Charges for rectification damper operting lever mechanism : This works involves removing the rusted pins and dismantling the damper lever, adopter sleeve, connecting rod and its coupling, cleaning the threads in connecting rod and its coupling, renewing the gland packing, reassembling, aligning and commissioning. Including cost of consumables & T & Ps. 10 Charges for strengthening and rectification of deformed seating portion of top screen damper & bottom screen damperby cutting and removal of existing bent seating portion strip, heating with gas, hammering, reshaping to the requirement, providing necessary stiffeners, aligning and fixing. Including cost of consumables & T & Ps. 11 Inspection of OLCTC System Ball collecting screen manhole doors LHS & RHS -2 Nos, and cleaning the debris, welding of defective ball collecting screens in LHS & RHS and closing of manhole doors with renewal of gaskets. 12 Charges for painting the ACW pipe lines from cooling water inlet header intake to ACW pump house and PHE outlet in Transformer road outside to cooling water outlet headerwith one coat red oxide primer including cost of red oxide, T & P and consumables. 13 Charges for painting the ACW pipe lines from cooling water inlet header intake to ACW pump house and PHE outlet in Transformer road outside to cooling water outlet header with one coat paint including cost of enamel paint, T & P and consumables.
