NCTPS-II – M II - TM - S.Dn. III - Unit-II - Plate Heat Exchangers - Overhauling of Plate heat exchangers for TG/SG DMCW and Vacuum pumps during AOH for the year 2025-26.- 1 Charges for dismantling ofPHEs rear end pressure plate and its tie Bars one by one by loosening and removing of rusted bearing and bearing housing, nuts after applying rust removers without damaging the thread portion and bearings and removing of existing end fasteners by gas cutting. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 2 Charges for temporarily arresting the sagged PHE Titanium plates bundles by binding with the front frame plate to avoid sliding of PHE plate bundles from the deformed bottom lower carrying bar, removing of PHE Titanium plates (200 to 400) from the Lower Carrying bar and mobilising to the near by safe location and arranging on one over other in a flat plane surface to avoid bends formation in the titanium plates. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 3 Charges for shifting of PHE titanium Plates one by onefrom near by stored loction to PHE and incerting the plates in to upper carring bar and lower carrying bar, refixing of pealed of gaskets by applying adhesive, sliding the titanium Plates towardes the front frame platein both Upper & Lower Carrying bars and reassembling tie bars and assembling the complete set of titanium plates in position upto (200 to 400) Plates. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 4 Charges for pasting the end plate gasket and channel plate gasket in the respective Titanium plates. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 5 Charges for mechanical cleaning of tie rod of size M36 X 2800MMand M36 X 2300MM in TG & SG plate heat exchangers. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 6 Charges for complete cleaning of one set of Plate heat exchanger of TG DMCW pump. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 7 Charges for complete cleaning of one set of Plate heat exchanger of SG DMCW pump. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 8 Charges for complete cleaning of one set of Plate heat exchanger of Vacuum pump. Including cost consumables and T&Ps. 9 Charges for rectification and strengthening of upper & lower carrying bar and SS Cladding over the PHE titanium plates guiding surface of the entire portion by cutting, welding for the deteriorating areas including cost consumables and T&Ps.
