Shifting of existing 110 KV DLF Feeder from 230 KV Tharamani SS AIS SS to 400 KV Tharamani GIS SS, Chennai.= 1 Providing Barricading works for laying cables using Steel barricade with green barricade Construction safety netscontinuously without gap inclusive material cost,labour charges and removal charges after completing the work etc complete and as directed by the Engineer at site 2 Removing the blacktopping of any thickness for forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing60cmwideand 150 cmdeep (clear) includingcost ofprovidingsignboards, danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necesssary, lead, lift labour and tools and plants etc., complete. 3 Dismantling of the existing brick work transformer gantry including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department engineer at site. 4 Dismantling the brick work PCC inside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickenss and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hindrance to the cable laying work including led, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 5 Dismantling the brick work RCC inside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occur of any thickenss and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hindrance to the cable laying work including led, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 6 Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary, all lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., compete. 7 Providing and laying of160mm dia PVC pipes shall be jointed with necessary accessories such as elbows, bends, for road crossing including of all materials, required for lead, lift, labour etc complete 8 Providing and laying of110mm dia PVC/HDPE pipes shall be jointed with necessary accessories such as elbows, bends, for road crossing including of all materials, required for lead, lift, labour etc complete 9 Layng of P:C:C1:2:4 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, transport, lead, Lift, labour, for laying concrete curing etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site. 10 Filling with filling Sand in layers well rammed, watered and compacted as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, labour, etc., complete. 11 Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 600x500x50mm including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete. 12 Refilling with excavated earth in layers well consolidated as per standard specification including cost of all filling, lead, lift, labour for filling well ramming consoliodation etc, complete 13 Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and publicf beyonda distance of 5km from the work spot as per the directionof Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc., complete. 14 Brick work in C M 1:6 using good quality secound class chamber burnt bricks including cost of all materials labour, lead & lift etc., complete as directed by the department at site. 15 Plastering in CM 1:5 12 mm thickincluding cost of all materials, transport, curing, labour, lead, lift etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the dept. Engineer at site . 16 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of G.I.Angles/Channels/Plates at inside cable duct including cost of steel and other required materials such as G.I.clamps, screws, labour charges, transportation and fixing, chipping in BM/RCC and finishing it neatly, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site. 17 GST for bidders within TamilNadu 18 SGST 19 CGST 20 GST for bidders outside TamilNadu (IGST)
