Tender For Repair Work Of Oht In Ashok Vihar Yojna Khatauli , Distt- Muzaffarnagar - Internal repair of container of R.C.C. O.H.T. by cleaning the deposit sand, garbage, Fungies etc. and scrapping the old surface and applying required coat of water proof coat by using cement water proof compound and chemical as required to check the sepage and sweating to avoid the surface leak proof against the water Tightness overand including the plaster in container in 1:2 cement and coarse sand with neat cement coating i/c water proofing compound and including the cost/hire charges of the scaffolding and shuttering etc. complete with all T&P Material & labour. 2 Supply & fixing the Aluminium lightening conductor including the supply of required aluminium strip and arrester and other fitting as required i/c wooden clips & i/c supply of all material, Labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 3 Provideand fixing the damage railing including the supply of 20mm dia G.I. B-class pipe and required angle iron post where necessary as per direction of E/I including the supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 4 Painting or varnish work in small areas on new wood work or iron work with one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed priming paint and Two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including the cost/hire charges of necessary scaffolding shuttering & centring as where required for O.H.T. Railing and also including the supply of all material, labour. Tool & Plants etc, required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used ISI Mrked 5 Finishing wall with Two coats of Water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade over and with one coat of primer including the cost/hire charges of all necessary centering, shuttering and scaffolding for complete O.H.T. painting work and also including the supply of material, labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 6 Making Bypass arrangement from Existing rising main200 mm dia Line to Existing Main 250 mm dia distribution pipe line by Repairing Sluice valve supplying, laying and fixing with necessary C.I. specials such as tail peace, D/F bend, distance peace, Tee, D-Joint (laid horizontally) including all materials, T&P, Labour etc. complete. 7 Repair of damage apron/floor including dismentling the damaged floor and disposal the old scraped material within 30mm and laying the P.C.C. floor 40mm thick in 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit with 80mm thick base concrete in 1:6:12 cement, fine sand & 40mm brick ballast
