Shifting Of The Pumps/Motors At River Side During Monsoon During The Flood Occurrence In River Side/Damodar River And Also During Unforeseen/Unwanted Breakdowns Of Equipments Along With Installation Of Lightning Arrestor In Respect Of Iwsp-Dismantling of Pumps/Motors from base plate, suction & delivery, its transportation to a safer place (including all electrical connections) due to rise in the water level during occurence of flood. 2 Transportation & reinstallation (including all electrical connections) after shifting of pumps, motors & starters to base frame due to fall in the water level and providing of heating arrangement of motors at site to remove dampness. 3 Cutting of 8”/6”MS/G.I. pipes making connection including pipe during matching, suction adjustment/ lowering/ heightening as per the water level in the river 4 Welding of pipe and fitting making connection of pipe for the above adjustment or matching in proper size. 5 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 6 Supply of Tirpal for covering of motor. 7 Supply of rope. 8 Tested and certified by CPRI (Central power research institute), Govt. of India for impulse current of (8/20us) in 70KA with 5 positive and 5 negative impulse. No external power supply will be provided. Protection radius upto 52 mtr. in level-3 and 57 mtr. in level-4, minimum height 5 mtr. of lighting arrestor with elevation rod, ESE lighting arrester to be stainless steel location 9 Providing and fixing of 6 digit non resistible lighting event counter with IP67 enclosure to count lighting strike. 10 Cleaning of footvalves, its leather post monsoon including replacing of damaged bolts/flanges as per requirement 11 Providing and fixing 70mm x 6mm G.I. strip as required (approx 20 mtr. for each site). 12 Installation charge for ESE type lighting arrestor advance lighting arrestor. 13 Transportation & reinstallation of motor/pumps to base plate on rectification 14 Supply and fixing of net jalli 15 Supply and fixing angle for jalli 10 x 20 x 4.5Kg/m 16 Jamming of rail pole tippler 17 Muffing for jamming of rail pole tippler 18 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 19 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 20 Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. 21 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). 22 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 23 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. 24 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) . 25 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 26 Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete. 27 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size). 28 Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 5.0 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks. 29 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 30 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 31 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture 32 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitableshadewithordinarypaint of approved brand and manufacture. 33 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 34 Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
