Digital Vacuum Control System, operating range for this should be: 95-450 mm Hg below atmospheric pressure. Accuracy ± 0.5 mm Hg. Target Pressure should be set & controlled digitally. During the test, pre-set pressure should not vary by more than ±0.5 mm Hg. Display of the vacuum gauge should be ±0.01 mm Hg, along with Calibration Certificate. 2 Supplying, installation & demonstration of brand new BS U-Tube, Modified Reverse Flow Viscometer for Opaque Liquid (Tube size no. 6) for Kinematic Viscosity test of bitumen as per IS 1206 (Part 3) : 2021, along with proper Calibration Certificate. 3 Supplying, installation & demonstration of brand new BS U-Tube, Modified Reverse Flow Viscometer for Opaque Liquid (Tube size no. 7) for Kinematic Viscosity test of bitumen as per IS 1206 (Part 3) : 2021, along with proper Calibration Certificate. 4 Supplying, installation & demonstration of brand new Serological Water Bath (double walled), with digital controller cum indicator, with stirring arrangement, inside stainless steel enclosure, ensuring minimum temp. range from -5°C to 95°C, ±0.2°C accuracy, having size of minimum 600 mm X 30 0mm X 175 mm (for 8 racks), along B30with Calibration Certificate. 5 Supplying, installation of brand new Burette Stand with retort ring / clamp, adjustable boss head & stainless steel vertical rod. 6 Supplying, installation & demonstration of brand new Solubility Test Set for Bitumen and Bituminous Binders consisting of 500 ml filter flask, 30 ml glass Gooch Crucible, glass funnel, 100 g powdered glass, rubber ring tubing and rubber stopper along with Calibration Certificate as per Standard : EN 12592, ASTM D2042, AASHTO T44 7 Supplying of brand new good quality Steel tape of 5 m length. 8 Supplying of brand new good quality Steel tape of 3 m length. 9 Supplying of brand new leather hand gloves set (for Air oven use) 10 Supplying of brand new rubber hand gloves set (for hot water use) 11 Supplying, installation & demonstration of brand new Cleveland Open Cup Apparatus with digital thermometer Measured up to 400°C (for Flash & Fire point tests as per IS 1448 [P : 69]) along with Calibration Certificate. 12 Supplying of brand new Pycnometer 50 ml capacity, (for specific gravity test of Bitumen) along with Calibration Certificate. 13 Supplying of brand new Digital Vernier Calliper of 30 cm length measuring capacity of reputable brand along with Calibration Certificate. 14 Supplying of Silicone Oil Fluid 100 cSt for viscosity bath of working ambient temperature range up to 200 ℃ 15 Supplying of stainless steel scale of 30 cm length.
