Tender For Miscellaneous Civil Work In Medical College At Sirohi (Excluding Cost Of Cement) - 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr.:All kinds of soil 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50Mtr. and lift upto 1.5Mtr. 3 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MORTH specification clause 201By mechanical Means. In area of light jungle 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor. 6 Polished Blue Kota Stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete :For area of each slab up to 2001 to 5000 Sq. Per Sqm.) complete as per specification with glass strip 3 mm thick at a distance of 1 Meter interval : 50 mm thick. 8 Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix 50 mm thick complete as per specification : --50mm-- 9 Pointing on stone masonary in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-Sand) :: Deep grooved pointing 10 Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand Mortar above 30 Cm. thick wall IS 1597 (Part-I) 1992 in : Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand). 11 Random Rubble stone masonary for superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30 Cm. thick walls IS 1597 (Part-I) 1992 in :Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand). 12 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 13 Add extra if square, rectangular hollow tubular sections are used. 14 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 610 mm (having 15 nos. round per 6 metre length) up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core(2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (Cost of MS angle, CC block shall be paid extra) 15 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 20 mm thick. 16 Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.c) 80mm thick 17 Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level.[MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1700]Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. 18 Laying of lawns including ploughing leveling breaking of clods manuring and removal of stones etc. (cost of manure or extra good earth to be paid separately )maintenance of lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own costin rows 5 cm apart in either direction 19 Supply of dry manure including loading unloading,transportation & stacking at site.Farm yard manure(organic) 20 Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc.Good soil of earth 21 Carriage of Earth,Sand ,line morrum,manure or sludge with all lead 22 Maintenance of lawns or Turfing of slopes (rough grassing) for a period of one year including watering etc. 23 Providing and fixing Ist quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13753 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slsurry including nicely finished joints using water proof joint filler power (Untile or Roffe make) and finishing with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster).
