including preparation of surface complete all as specified. 3.00 M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. 4.00 M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or steel based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of antirush paint/red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. 5.00 M & L for preparation of wall surface and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6.00 S & F in repairs Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to wooden doors / windows shutter with wooden beading (any size) and fixed aluminium window / vent with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7.00 S & F for in repair powder coated aluminium serrated finish 20/25mm dia curtain rod including fancy types domes cum brackets suitable for 20/25mm dia curtain rod fixed with C/P screws & rovel plugs and fixed to both ends of the curtain rod etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8.00 Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9.00 M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10.00 M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11.00 M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall, priming with alkali-resistant priming paint and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12.00 M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13.00 M & L in repairs CI Nahani trap dia of outlet 75mm with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) including jointing to in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 16.00 M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles size 300x200x7mm on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of the shade over and incl 10mm thick backing coat in C:M 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17.00 M&L machine cut granite (of any type) slab 18 to 20mm thick as in like kitchen plateform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 including grinding, polishing and making necessary hole for gas pipe and necessary bull nosing etc complete all as specified and directed. 18.00 Dismantling of stone slabs, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, approns, skirting, jamb/cill etc including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.
