    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Similar Category Vehicle Hiring Service - Per Vehicle-Day Basis The vehicle may be engaged for 28/29/30/31 days in a month as applicable. 2. Vehicle will be deployed under Engineer In-Charge West Zone-II, Communication, KTPS. 3. Minimum and Maximum km of run required by the vehicle per month: 1500 KM & 2000 KM respectively. 4. Minimum guaranteed run shall be 1500 KM considering average run on yearly basis. 5. In case of breakdown, the contractor may engage vehicle in good condition for a short time and purely on temporary basis with prior approval of Engineer Incharge, West Zone-II, Communication, KTPS. 6. The vehicle shall be kept inside premises of KTPS along with driver during office hour, except while performing outside official duty. 7. For carrying out day-to-day Office work like Communication equipment maintenance/other official works including transportation of men & materials throughout mostly Communication West Zone- II area and when & if requires then any place in West Bengal/Jharkhand.
