Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of Air Conditioning Units To Be Installed At Boys Hostel Ug Study Room, Pg Study Room Intern Study Room Of Govt. Medical College, Jammu Along With Other Allied Works.- Repair, maintenance and servicing of 33 Nos. Air conditioning units of Thalassemia ward and adjacent areas, Ward 16 rooms, NICU-C, NICU-B, OPD Teaching Area, Principal Room, Library, Account section, Skin Doctor rooms of 1.5/2 TR capacity each at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammuby way of complete servicing of indoor and outdoor units by servicing with proper chemical/water through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling and condensing coil and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainageline cleaning etc. for two times as per requirement in the summer season at periodic interval- 33 nos. Refilling of specified refrigerant (R22/R32/R410) as per sample in various air conditioners after rectification of leakages in copper piping circuit, if any, with the help of copper brazing-16 kg. Repair to damaged parts by way of replacement of damagedIDU PCB’s-08 nos.,capacitors-4 nos. Replacement of damaged voltage stabilizer of 5KVA- 1 no. along with allied works including electric wiring. Repair to old wornout voltage stabilizers by way ofcomplete rewinding of coils ofvoltage stabilizers-5 nos. Repair to old wornout/damaged compressors by way of providing and fitting of compressors as per sample along with refrigerant charging- 4 nos. Repair to outdoor unit fan motors by way of dismantling of old wornout/damaged ODU motors, replacement/rewinding of ODU fan motors, installation of ODU motors in position and testing and commissioning of installed motors- 4 nos. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materialsused should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes.
