    Erection of Dais, Pandal & Allied Works (b) Supplying Food & Beverage like Laddu, Tea & Biscuits, Drinking Water, VIP Food Packets etc. in connection with holding of the State Level Programme of Rakhibandhan Utsab, 2025- 1 Dais with necessary Backdrop, staircases & allied decoration. (approx. 960 sq ft.). 2 One big gate with flex for entrance 3 Eight standee. 4 On Dias small T-table (10 pc), podium (1 pc), Big size standing lamp for inauguration with allied materials i.e. complete set (1 pc) 5 Photo frame with photo of size 3 x 2 – 2 nos. fitted pedestal. 6 Sound system arrangement the pandel comprising necessary JBL sound Box. 7 Corded microphone, cordless microphone and other accessories. 8 Illumination of the pandal with supply of sufficient light (metal, CFL, & Tube) and necessary plug point 9 Soundproof generator with fuel- 125 KVA- 2days including preparatory days. 10 Installation of LED wall comprises:- 11 LED wall (3mm) of size - 10x6 12 LED TV 52 13 Laptop – 1 no. with other accessories & cables as required. 14 Hostess. 15 Floral decoration 16 Sofa on the first and second row in floor, Big Table with cloth (6 pc). 17 Food & Beverage:- 18 VIP food plate.(Rs. 150 X 60) 19 Laddu. 20 Tea and biscuits. 21 Food Packet (1000 pcs X 60/-) 22 Water 1/2 litre. 23 Plastic or paper glass (800 pcs) 24 20 litre water jar with disposal 25 Service Boy 26 PVC Chair 27 Banquet Chair 28 Carpeting on floor (Green / Blue) 29 Flower Bouquet 30 Big tray for carrying flower Bouquet, Rakhi, Laddu 31 Loose red rose Petal 32 Big glass plate / bowl for keeping rose petal 33 Big Garland of flowers of rose for the Netaji Statue at Netaji Indoor Stadium
