Tender For To perform Mandava supply and related works for Ganeshotsav in Division No. 28. -ITEM NO : 1 G.I sheet (Patra) Mandav As per Instruction erect the vertical poles at a distance of 8 to 10 feet & on that provide the horizontal poles & prepare the square, on that fix the GI sheet Provide the opening in patra where required. Instructions:- 1) In this work Excavation in any type of road, soil, loose or hard rock should be done and after the work Excavated pits should be refill. 2) The rate of the above work is for 3 days and because of if any reason days exceed beyond 3 days Rate as per following will be given a) for 4th day to 30 th day - 3% of original rate ( SSR Item No : 65.20 ) (PMC Bhavan ) Unique No (3005) Rate List Year (2023-2024) ITEM NO : 2 Providing following items 1) The rate of the above work is for 3 days and because of if any reason days exceed beyond 3 days Rate as per following will be given a) for 4th day to 30 th day - 3% of original rate Providing Mating and Carpet. ( SSR Item No : 65.10-B ) (PMC Bhavan ) Unique No (2990) Rate List Year (2023-2024) ITEM NO : 3 Pendall using Cloth (Kapadi Mandav) Erect the Bamboo at a distance of 10 feet/3 m & over that using the cloth provide the roof.The ht. of pendall should be minimum 10 feet to 20 feet. ( SSR Item No : 65.15 ) (PMC Bhavan ) Unique No (2999) Rate List Year (2023-2024) ITEM NO : 6 Stage Erection The Stable stage should be prepared in wooden floor with height of 3 feet and stage should be covered with good quality of Carpet. The height of stage mandav should be 4 m. On that providing patra on stage roof and inner side of stage covered with white cloth. Support should be given to outer side of stage and complete outer side of stage should be covered by Cloth. For Climbing the stage staircase should be provided. If there is any changes in work that work should be completed at that time only and after completion of work whole stage should be removed.
