Periodical Services To Certain Misc Work In Area-Ii Of Age B/R-Ii Under Ge (West) Jabalpur; 1 M & L for preparation of old plasterd or unplastered surfaces of wall, and filling cracks, holes, patches with putty, apply one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed 2 M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall with water pressure gun and wire brush, and filling cracks, holes,etc all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed 4 M&L for subsequent coat of oil bound distemper complete on wall surfaces all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for preparation old plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of oil bound destemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed 6 M & L for preparation old plastered or unplastered applying one coat of white wash of old surafce of wall complete all as specified and directed 7 M & L for applying subsequent coat of white wash of old surafce of wall complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for preparation old plastered or unplastered applying one coat of white wash of old surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed 9 M & L for preparation old plastered or unplastered applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L forapplying subsequent coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces andapplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and all as specified and directed. 12 M&L labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6,to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement, including taking down old cement plaster,complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for 15mm thick cemet plalster in CM 1:4 over wall / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster, at any height, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster.complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces of wall,and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and directed 17 M & L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces of wall,and apply two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistance primer paint , complete all as specified and directed 18 M & L for preparation of new plasterd or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed 19 M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plasterdsurfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint as per manufacturer direction, andas specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make- Smart care damp proof, Advanced or equivalant)Note;- (i) filling of cracks,holes and dents are includes in the same rates. 20 Preparing surfaces of any description of concrete, brick etc and prepare the base using synthetic enamel paintblack colourthen writing letterwith white colour synthetic enamel paint of superior grade for writing building numbers including necessary scaffoldingcomplete all as specified and directed.
