Tender For Special Repair To Lt Overhead Line To Lt Ug Cable With Steel Tubular Poles And Its Connected Items At Bhalukmara Under Ge Jorhat.; 1 Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for). 5 Material and labour for, sub class B brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Labour only for manual horizontal boring under a depth of 0.65m for passing of GI cable protection pipe upto 50mm bore dia, under road/ foot path not exc. 6.00m in a single length, complete all as directed. 7 Supply, laying, testing commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4.0 core, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4.0 core, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fix for, 100 watts LED high bay light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP lens cover, IP66 protection, cradle and eye bolt both arrangements should be provided for mounting with additional safety chain and system efficacy should be greater than 130 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab.
