(Supply & Application) 20 01.03.03-PUF In-situ Cold insulation 100 mm thick.(Supply & Application) 21 02.01-SPRAY INSULATION 22 02.01.01 - Spray insulation on Turbine casing of Compressor/TG. 23 03.01-MISCELLANEOUS 24 03.01.01-Application of New 22 SWG Aluminum sheeting to be supplied & fixed by the Contractor. 25 03.01.02-Application of old used Aluminum sheet to be supplied by NFL. 26 03.01.03-Supply & application of Aluminum foil 0.1 mm thick 27 03.01.04-Supply and application of 20 gauge (0.91 mm thick) aluminum sheeting 28 03.01.05-Supply and application of 18 gauge (1.22 mm thick) aluminum sheeting 29 03.01.06-Application of new 22 SWG G.I. corrugated sheeting to be supplied & fixed by the contractor. 30 03.01.-07Application of new 22 SWG G.I. plain sheeting to be supplied & fixed by the contractor. 31 03.01.08-Application of old used G.I. corrugated/plain sheet to be supplied by NFL. 32 03.01.09-Supply & application of Vapor barrier and water protection 33 03.01.10-Supply & application of protective coating on under ground piping. 34 03.01.11-Removal of Wool Mattress (Old) of any thickness 35 03.01.12-Removal of cold insulation of any thickness. 36 03.01.13-Removal of Aluminum sheeting (old). 37 03.01.14-Removal of G.I. corrugated/plainsheeting (old). 38 03.01.15-Cutting/opening of inspection pocket 6x6 39 03.01.16-Fixing of new inspection pocket 6 x6 40 03.01.17-Fixing of old inspection pocket 6 x6 41 04.01 SCHEDULE OF LABOUR RATES 42 04.01.01- Refractory Mason 43 04.01.02- Helper/Unskilled Mazdoor 44 05.01 Cement Plaster 45 05.01.01- Cement plaster with 12mm thickness having ratio 3:1 of Cement & Asbestos. Fluff will be in scope of contractor and required cement shall be supplied by NFL free of cost.
