Providing Irc Fabrick Mesh Fencing In Mar-1111 Towards Rajarhat Road Near Akhankha More In New Town Kolkata.- 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, inall sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite orsandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking thespoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includesnecessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 2 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth withgood earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. includingwatering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. 3 Extra for carriage of all kinds of earth by MechanicalTransport:(c) Carriage up to total lead of 3.0 km. 4 Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) overdamp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or infoundation or in foundation trenches. 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stonechips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering andreinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety 6 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props andthick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation 7 Supplying fitting and fixing I.R.C. fabric mesh with coveringbattens including cost of screws etc complete (excluding thecost of battens).In ground floor.(b) 75mm x 25mm x 2.7mm x 2.7mm. 8 M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete.The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, allconsumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of alltools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight ofstructural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified inrelevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members.ii) For other Structural works like galleries etc. 9 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface withsynthetic oil bound primer of approved quality includingsmoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc. 10 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint ofapproved make and brand including smoothening surface bysand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :(b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) 11 Add CGST @9% of total amount to Rs.4,06,328.51 12 Add SGST @9% of total amount to Rs.4,06,328.51 13 Add Construction Cess @1% of total amount to Rs.4,06,328.51
