63Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Teakwood ornamental Entrance door of size 2.10x2.40m with the following specification. The outer frame of ornamental Entrance Door of size 150x100mm.Teak wood scantling.The door consists of openable area 1.90x2.20m with Double leaf. The each openable shutter consists of Top Panel for 1.50m.height and bottom vertical pannel in for a height of 90cm. The Shutter bottomrail is of 200x50mm.size and middle, top and side rails are of size 150x50mm.with corner designed beading works.The shutter pannel is of 50mm. thick T.W.planks with special curving works.The outer frames corners are designed border works single side for entrance outer frame and on both sides for middle frame..The cost includes all kinds of furniture fittings, such as Brass Aldrop, Brass tower bolt, brass hinges, brass door stopper, brass handles.All the members are finshed with two coats of melamine polish outer the priming coat.(The quality of all furniture fittings should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.)
64Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. 65UPVC Window Specification:Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm.
