    Tender For Machining Or Reconditioning Of R.C Feeder Spares.; 1 Charges for fabricating hinge gate lever by turning hollowbush, welding 12mm thick M.S plate step with bush, drilling to hold the bolt/nut and finish machining including cost of material. 2 Charges for turning of hinge gate handle 22mm and 320mm length (MS Rod) thread cutting on both ends to hold the hinge gate lever and pivot bush including cost of material. 3 Charges for turning hinge gate shaft of EN8 material dia 33.0 mm, turning the bearing seating area at both ends including cost of materials and consumables. 4 Charges for machining of RC feeder end cover by boring, turning bearing seating area, two side step turning, drilling for counter sunk bolt for fixing at the bearing end including cost of materials and consumables. 5 Charges for turning boring, two side step turning, drilling for counter sunk bolt of RC feeder shaft cover including cost of materials. 6 Charges forturning, boring, 8mm4 nos lock bolt threading for RC feeder shaft lock nut including cost of materials. 7 Charges for machining the end of the spider wheel on both the ends to assemble it with the end drum, and to machining the feed roll shaft to insert the spider wheel into the shaft by turning process includes consumables and T&Ps charges. 8 a)Charges for machining of M.S liner plates of 16mm thick, 700mm length and85mm width, cutting, grinding and drilling including cost of materials. 9 b) Cost of material: M.S Liner Plate of 16mm thick 700mm length and 85mm width
