Tender For Providing Kerb Wall, Road And Metal Spreading For 110 Kv Bay Extension At The Existing Sipcot Ii 110/11 Kv Ss.; 1 Earth work excavating for foundationin HGS and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in HARDStiff clay stiff black cotton soil,hard red earth shales, murram,gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size bouldersas per standard Specification as directed by the Engineer at site. 2 Earth work excavating for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock (or) kankar not requiring blasting as per standard Specification as directed by the Engineer at site. 3 Earth work excavating for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in Medium Rock and Dense Medium Rock not requiring blasting as per standard Specification as directed by the Engineer at site. 4 Earth work excavation for Foundation in Hard rock by Wedging and Chiseling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited and stacking for measurements including all leads, lifts etc., as per standard specification and as per instruction of the Engineer at site. 5 Supplying and Filling with M sand for foundation and floor including cost of sand, filling charges as per standard specification(watering & consolidation with all leads and lifts etc., complete. 6 Plain cement concrete of 1:3:6, using20 mm HBG metal, for foundation/Padding Concrete excluding form workincluding cost of all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, etc., as per standard Specification complete. 7 Plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4, using20 mm HBG metal, for foundation excluding form workincluding cost of all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, etc., as per standard Specification complete. 8 Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix for RCC matt concrete with out shuttering using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metalincluding cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of shuttering as per standard specification, etc., complete. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement 9 Providingexpansion joint for road concrete as per specification in both direction using prevalid aspheltics pad 20 mm thick to full width and depth of 150mm thick plastering with CM 1:3, 20 mm thickincluding cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads, and lifts, etc., complete.as per standard specification. 10 Brick work in C.M. 1:5 using chamber burnt class II bricks,for Basement & superstructure including, cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc complete as per Standard Specification. 11 RCC 1:1.5:3, using20 mm HBG metal, for culvert slab withform workincluding cost of all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, etc., as per standard Specification complete. 12 Providing steel reinforcement with MS/RTS rodsof reputed approved make for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, Minor T & Ps labour charges for cutting, straightening bendingas per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift etc., complete as per Standard Specification 13 Providing form box for various size plinths above ground level including cost of steel strutting with cost of all materials,labour, lead, lift etc., complete as per standard specifications as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. 14 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick for Wall surface including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing,leads and lifts etc., complete. 15 Painting the outside walls withtwo coats of ULTIMA paintover a white cement primer coat of approved colour and quality including cost of all matreials, lead and lift etc., complete. 16 Supplying and Spreading quarry dust 100mm thick over spreading of 20 mm metal of 100 mm thick includingcost of all materials, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete 17 SGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone)Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only 18 CGST to be quoted in Percentage (value alone)Ex. 9%, it should be entered as 9 only 19 Inter-state GST @18% for other than Tamil Nadu supplier.
