Zonal works under SSE/BR ( North and South ) for One years-Supply of unskilled labour as per direction of Engineer in charge Repair of defective gantry rails for span, level alignment, proper fitting of rails etc. (Including fixing of new nuts-bolts in place of missing or damaged nuts-bolts) Special treatment of valley gutter /chimney with two layers of FOSROC based compound :-FOSROC NITOBOND EP JOINT TREATMENT & FOSROC NITOPROOF 600PF PU coating . The work includes cleaning of Bitumin and other treatment existing on Drainage system, surface preperation and etching of drainage system with brushes, cloth sand papers etc with 5 years warranty from date of completion of work i.e. contractor should rectify any leakage free of cost during the warranty period. Providing, errection and fixing in position 160mm outside dia unplasticised (rigid) PVC pipe (class-2) of 3.7-4.3 mm wall thickness along the ht. of the shed, building etc as a rain water pipe with UPVC specials and mild steel clamp etc including solvent cement for jointing purpose complete labour and materials. The pipe should be conforming to IS-4985-2000. The lenght shall be measured in running meters correct to a cm for the finished work, which shall include pipe and fitting/specials such as bends, Tees, reducers, shoes etc Dismantaling/removing of steel structure from gantry such as gantry girder etc including cutting/removing etc of nut ,bolts, rivets, clip, gantry rails etc from height 5-10 meter with the help of mobile crane etc or by any means and re-fixing the same on new column at the same height including taking safety precaution, all labour, machinery and taxes etc complete as per instruction of site superviser Providing and operating Tractor with Trolley with all taxes and consumable items completeas per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.(DSR item no.0039 including 18% GST and 15% C.P. And overheads) Providing and operating Crane of 20 tonne capacity with all taxes and consumable items complete as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.(DSR item no.0028 including 18% GST and 15% C.P.
