Tender For Providing Rcc Road At West Side Of Ibp Roaster -- 1 Road pavement scarification 2 Road pavement scarification- Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km ( by mechanical means). 3 Compacting the scarified surface with vibratory roller including cost fuel, operator, etc complete 4 Hire charges of Diesel Road Roller- 8 to 10 ton 5 Granular Sub Base supplying and compacting with vibratory roller 6 Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With Material conforming to Grade - I ( size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value- 30 7 EARTH WORK 8 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil 9 Brick masonary 10 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 PCC 1:4:8 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size) 13 Laying Polythene sheets 14 Providing, laying and fixing polythene sheets of 400 gauge, each sheets overlapped by10 cm etc complete as per the instructions of engineer-in-charge 15 Cement Plastering 16 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 17 CENTERING AND SHUTTERING 18 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete 19 RCC WORK 20 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size 21 VDF RCC works 22 Providing and laying C.C pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge ( The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately) (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.
