    Tender For GENERAL-Rest House Pathadippalam- One Year Running Contract for Garden Maintenance for the year 2025-26-Work-General Civil Work -- 1 Maintenance works 2 30.2.39.2:Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stickin the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge,flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn,grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance ofother garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide , lawn mover andbrush cutter with fuel will be provided by the Department& other T & P material/articlesshall be provided by the contractor.)and as per direction of officer in charge.Permanent office accommodation. (1.25 Acre=One Mali)As per yard stick 3 2.32:Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 4 50.2.3.1:Pumping or Bailing out water and removing slush etc by using pump set including cost of labour, oil hire charges of pumpset, etc complete 5 OD155146/2024-2025:Engaging Man mazdoor forclearing of jungle in rest house premises, roof top cleaning etc 6 OD155147/2024-2025:Engaging scavengers for drainage & septic tank cleaning
