Tender For Design And Construction Of Kallumala Rob In Alappuzha District -- 1 PART A - Demolision & reconstruction of Railway Compound WallDemolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charges:In cement mortar 2 Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil 4 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 Random rubble masonry with hard stone using departmental rubble in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x10 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level for 10 cm thick wall in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding complete 7 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 8 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 9 PART B - ROBDesign, execute and complete the Works (Excluding Railway portion) and remedy any defects therein, all in comformity with all bid documents and our enclosed Tender (including letter of tender), for the lump sum amount. 10 Design, execute and complete the Railway portion work as per GAD approved by Railways and remedy any defects therein, all in comformity with all bid documents and our enclosed Tender (including letter of tender), for the lump sum amount, in accordance with Railway Specifications and Standards.
