    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Magnetic Tape Conversation Work Similar Category Videography And Photography Services 1. Collection of VHS Tapes from Photography Section 2. Verification of each tape for its good condition and readiness for loading the tape into video capturing equipment 3. Each Tape data will be converted in 100% time using RGB (Red green blue) conversion method along with Audio content 4. Captured data will be stored in MPEG4 or AVI file format with suitable compression 5. Creating a log record with each Tape Number indicating the footage time, footage title if available along with timelines 6. Checking the captured video footage for accuracy before handing over the data to NPA 7. Providing the data to Academy in external Media device suitable for storing large quantities of data in suitable file format 8. The data storage device should be plug C play ready for computer viewing. 9. The complete conversion process shall be done with in the Academy premises only Total Quantity :
