Tender For One Time Repairing And There After Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Camc Of Split Type Air Conditioning Machines Installed At Basirhat Super Speciality Hospital, District North 24 Pgs(2Nd Call).- 1 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) 2 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Carrier (Midea) make 2 Tr. Split AC Machine installed at Different location of Basirhat Super Speciality Hospital, District: North 24 PGS. as per terms and conditions mentioned bellow:During the AMC period, the selected will inspect and carryout the preventive maintenance of the Split type HVAC system at Basirhat SSH, with 4(four) times per year in equal gapping period as per following details:i) Compulsory cleaning the condenser coils, evaporator coil, fins, filters and drain trays by jet water spray machine and cleaning of parts of Split AC units with air blower in each quarter throughout the year.ii) Checking the refrigeration system including copper pipeline with checking of refrigerant gas pressure and rectify the system with refrigerant gas top up/refill, if any abnormality seen without any additional cost within time frame of 48(forty eight) hours from the complaint lodged. iii) The agency will check compressors, Fan & Motors, blower, P.C.B., Switches, Transformers, All types of coils, internal Electrical items etc. to ensure the proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired without any additional cost within time frame of 48(forty eight) hours from the complaint lodged.B. If WBMSCL wish to shift any machine to another location within the premises of Basirhat SSH, the same may done through the contractor. The cost of such shifting work will be borne by WBMSCL.C. The contract will be for a one years. Further renewal of Contract will be mutually discussed and agreed upon. The contract may be terminated by either side with a notice of 3(three) months.D. The agency should have to submit service report for each machine and maintenance log book.E. All types of filters will be checked and cleaned during preventive maintenance service. In case of replacement of filter the cost will be borne by WBMSCL.F. If the contractor fails and found reluctant to attend the breakdown maintenance services in due time as already mentioned in clause no-1-b and 1-C a penalty amount will be imposed for such incompliance of the breakdown issue @ Rs. 500/- per day, maximum to 10% of the contract value of respective AC unit. G. The will have to arrange for own manpower for electrical -mechanical & plumbing work, tools and tackles, ladder/scrap holding,transportation, accommodation, fooding etc. WBMSCL will provide power supply and Water only.H. Force Majeure:If at any time during the contract period the performance by either party under this Order cannot be performed by reasons of any declared war, hostility, acts of the public or enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, epidemic, quarantine, restrictions or other acts of God, (hereinafter referred to as eventuality) affecting the supply or installation & commissioning or respective obligation of the Parties, the affected party shall notify the other of the happening of any such eventuality . In such an event neither party shall be entitled to terminate this Order, nor shall either party have any claim for damages against the other in respect of such non-performance of the work under this Order. The performance shall be resumed as soon as practicable after such eventuality has come to an end or ceased to exist. Under such circumstances the contractual delivery or completion period shall be extended by a period equal to that during which such eventuality operated plus an additional period, if any, as may be considered reasonable by WBMSCL and Contractor. 3 One time repairing beforeCAMC (Breakdown restoration work) 4 Thoroughly servicing & overhauling of 2.0 TR AC including cleaning the condenser coils, evaporator coil, fins, filters and drain trays by jet water spray machine and cleaning of parts of Split AC units with air blower 5 STIC of new PCB (2 nos. outdoor and 1 no. indoor) for 2 TR split AC (inverter type), including dismantle and handed over the existing old damaged PCB to the Hospital authority 6 SITC of new rotary type compressor of Midea make, Model no :- MSC124EL4W3 machine including dismantle and handed over the existing old damaged compressor to the Hospital authority 7 Leak testing by Nitrogen gas, Leak repairing by CU brazing method and vacuuming the unit properly using vacuum pump and their after charging refrigerant gas in 2 Tr. Split type AC machine. 8 Supply & Charging of refrigerant gas ( R-410A) 9 Supply & Fixing of 19 mm thick nytryl rubber insulation and rapping with nitryl tape on existing Cu. Pipe Indoor to Outdoor including all 10 Supply & Fixing of new 60 mfd capacitor for 2 Tr. Split type AC machine. Make:- Tibcon or Similar any reputed Brand approved by EIC 11 Supply & Delivery 72mmx20m waterproof aluminium foil adhesive tape
