| 1 | Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchentighting of wire mess , easing of door tightining dooe /window easing of door shutter etc including taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500pm on daily basis after satisfactory complition,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading repair of glass with glass putty , nut & bolts upto third floor etc as per site requirement shall be included in the quoted rate.Note :- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaintcell at every morning at 0900am by rep of contractor on daily basis.(ii) Every docket will submitted at complaint cell on daily basis of same day at 0500 pm or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors.(iv)Rs. 100.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints. (v) Material will be measured and paid separatly under respective items. |

(ii)Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors.(iii) Contractor or his auth rep shall sign the Attendance register and Demand register daily.(iv) Rs. 100.00/day shall be recovered for non deployment of labour as per demand register.(v) Material will be measured (after fixing) and paid separtely as supply only under respective items. |
