Periodical Services To Domestic Area And Other Misc Work At Af Station Kalaikunda Under Ge (Af) Kalaikunda; 1 M&L for Preparation and cleaning old surfaces using wire brushes/sand paper in old decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per item No : 01 above but for ceiling surfaces. 3 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of acrylic Emulsion distemper any tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 All as per item No : 03 above but for ceiling surfaces. 5 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applyingtwo coats of acrylic Emulsion distemperany tint complete all as specifed and as directed. 6 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description and applying 2 mm thick wall care puttyand rubbing with sand paper to achieve a level and smooth to wall and applying two coats of acrylic Emulsiondistemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint (internal) any tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces andapplyingone coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or grith etc complete all as specifed and as directed. 9 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces andapplyingone coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description not Exc 10 cm width or grith etc complete all as specifed and as directed. 10 M&L For French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats, previously polished.complete all as specifed and as directed. 11 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M & L for rendering5mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:3 on ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4,mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per menufecturer instruction, surface finsihed even and fair without using extra cement. WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 14 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound 15 M & L for rendering10mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:6 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of weather coatincluding a coat of primer on walls/concrete surface all as specified and directed. 19 M&L preparation of new walls and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistantprimer. complete all as specifed and as directed. 20 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying 2 mm thick wall care puttyand rubbing with sand paper to achieve a level and smooth to walland applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down and removing oily and greasy spots etcand applying one coat of cement based paint (of any colour) all as specified and directed. 22 Preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down and removing oily and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of cement based paint (of any colour) all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wal including comices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with external wall care putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of100% Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint on old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed
