Removal Of Floating Material And Desilting Of The Wet Sump Of Bharola Sps-Arrangement of safety items i.e. oxygen cylinder with mask, exhaust fans, diving suits, safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, gumboots etc. for safety of man power during execution of work in the wet sump of the SPS. 2 Providing services of underwater Divers to carry the work with technical staff in sewage channel including cost of divers service for removing of floating material/silt/malba from bottom for completing the work. The divers team should be equipped with all safety equipments such as Diving air control panel, diving suit, compressor, oxygen cylinder etc. and other under water equipment required at site. 3 Removal of M.S. jaal from the wet sump to execute the work inside the wet sump, with the help of gas cutter and required tool & tackles as per requirement and re-fixing the jaal with the help of welding machine after execution of work. 4 Making of temporary platforms (Scaffolding) in different chambers of the wet sump to execute the work inside the deep wet sump including providing of other required materials, tool & tackles to work inside the wet sump. The work also includes the work of dismantling of the temporary platform after execution of work. 5 Providing & fixing of gunny bags for partition of the chambers for desilting, cleaning & pumping at the same time from another chamber. The job i/c removal of gunny bags after completion of work. 6 Dewatering of the contained water in the wet sump from one partition to another to level-down in the partition with the help of submersible pump sets & allied accessories as per site requirement to keep the chambers of wet sump dry for removal of silt/ garbage.(Payment will be done as per actual dewatering at the site) 7 Hiring of manpower for removing of the floating material and garbage/ silt from the sump wells. (10 nos in each shift) 8 Arrangement of miscellaneous T&P like pickage, shovel, hoe etc for removing of the floating material and garbage/ silt from the sump wells. 9 Hiring charges of Long boom crane with diesel oil, mobil oil, etc along with operator and helper complete for dumping of the floating material/ garbage out of the wet sump. 10 Hiring charges of tractor & trolly with diesel oil, mobil oil, etc along with operator and helper complete for dumping of the floating material/ garbage from the SPS to Coronation STP. Tractor with trolley. DSR Civil Vol 1 (0039) 11 Desilting of Trunk/ Peripheral sewer line by hiring of super sucker machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 mtrs i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board, 62.5 KVA diesel generator suction hose pipe with all fitting i/c cost of manpower (1 qualified engg., 2 nos operator and cost of diesel, lubricants insurance, safety equipments, mobilation charges etc. All complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for 8 hrs. Shift per day.
