Items) - 1 Providing colour cap of regular size of cotton bio washed in 6 panels, premium inside/outside finishing with imported flaps including embroidery of tri colour Indian Flag, National War Memorial logo etc. to be printed at cap at desired location. One threaded rope of desired colour to be provided at the junciton of flap and round portion etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The agency has to get approval of sample from Ministry of Defence within 3 days from award of tender). (Sample is available at CPWD Camp office, Red Fort and may be seen by tenderer). 2 Supplying of small size white towel of approved brand by MOD and providing embroidery on towel with different colour logos on both ends corners, design of logo as mentioned image no. 1 & 2 needs to be done in half - half ratio of the total quantity supplied or as decided by MOD etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The agency has to get approval of sample from Ministry of Defence within 3 days from award of tender) (Sample of embroidery towel is available at CPWD Camp office, Red Fort and to be seen by tenderer) 3 Supply of Jute bag of size 12 x 5 x 14 (LxDxH) with handle and printed in multiple colour on both side etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (The agency has to get approval of sample from Ministry of Defence within 3 days from award of tender). (Sample is available at CPWD Camp office, Red Fort and may be seen by tenderer). 4 Supplying and placing HDPE thread bags filled with good quality jamuna sand i/c stitching with HDPE threads for morcha and placing at different places for making bunker in the Red Fort area as per the requirement of different security agencies and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including the cost of removal of the same from site after the function (Weight of filled bag should not be less than 35 kg) (Sample of HDPE bag is available at Red Fort Camp Office and may be seen by tenderers)
