a) Bidder must fill their financial quote in terms of license fee rate per sqm per month for the minimum chargeable area mentioned in the Table – 1 of RFP.

b) The selection of successful bidder will be done of H1 financial quote basis among all financial quote received with respect to NMRC’s reserve price

c) Potential bidder must quote financial offer in terms of license fee rate per sqm per month against the offered space.

d) The quoted license fee rate will be escalated @ 6% annually on compounding basis
