    Service Contract For Boiler Pressure Parts Checking Cleaning Repairing For Boiler Steaming License Renewal Of Unit No1 And Efficiency Improvement During The Schedule Short Shut Down For Boiler License Renewal Of Unit No1 At Sgtpp- 1 PRESSURE PARTS LICENSE RENEWAL WORK 2 Insertion of tube at LTSH top & middle bank 3 Removal and fitting of guard tube, guard plate. 4 Scaffolding of Economiser Zone and cleaning of Economiser Zone and LTSH by LP water 5 Insertion of water wall tube ,economiser tube,LTSH bottom bank (Joint) 6 Supply and erection of scaffolding materials for furnace and other areas(LOT) 7 Sealing at top of bottom ash hopper bywooden planks, GI sheet and gunny bags(LOT) 8 Deposition of weld metal on tubes/stubs/header etc. 9 LTSH coil pulling , inspection and proper alignment of coil and pannel with clit and support welding 10 Economiser coil lifting,inspection repairing and fitting with proper alignment 11 Welding of membrane strips/Skin casing for boiler 12 D-metering of boiler tubes in all the high pressure zones of the boiler viz.
