Tender For Loading, Unloading works in all stores under O/o the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram for the financial year 2025-26 -- 1 Opening and stacking of paper bundles, bundles of deal wood cases etc 2 Opening of paper – bundles, other types of bundles, other parcles in deal wood cases received in various stores of stationery department, in Thiruvananthapuram city. Stocking the above articles on the racks as per the instructions of the Concerned officers. 3 Loading of articles in Lorries 4 Loading the stationery articles from the racks of Stationery Department stores in Thiruvananthapuram city and loading it to Stationery Department lorry/ rented lorries. 5 Unloading the articles from Stationery department lorry / rented lorries and stacking it on racks inside the stores of stationery department 6 Ground Floor 7 First Floor 8 Second Floor 9 Restacking the stationery articles in stores 10 Restacking of paper, other stationery articles and used packing materials such as mats, deal - wood boxes, gunny/plastic sacks etc:- available in the stationery store, from one place to another as per the instructions of the Concerned officers. ie from one godown to another. 11 Transfer and restacking of office machines from Stationery office, stationery store, Thiruvananthapuram to stationery workshop and viceversa as per the instriuctions of the concerned officers. 12 Transfer and restacking of office machines and other stationery articles from main store to Stationery office, and from stationery office and main store tostationery dept. lorry/ rented lorries and vice versa 13 Typewriter 14 Printer 15 Fax Machine 16 Duplicator 17 Clock 18 Shelf(Big) 19 Shelf(Small) 20 Table(big) 21 Table(small) 22 Chair 23 Tray 24 Rack(Big) 25 Rack(Small) 26 Stool 27 Tyre 28 Battery 29 Computer 30 Photocopier 31 Almirah(Big) 32 Almirah(Small) 33 Numbering Machine 34 Wooden Platform(Big) 35 Wooden Platform(Small)
