    Tender Details

    Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 No. 13 Passenger Lifts (Lift-1 & 2) at TE Panampally Nagar, Ernakulam for a period of 2 Years. (2025-2027); 1 Providing comprehensive maintenance of the following lift with microprocessor based control, V3F drive, Auto Rescue Device (excluding ARD batteries) etc including monthly checking and servicing of the lift, attending breakdown incidents including cleaning, lubricating the guides and all moving parts ,replacing the lubricating oil including that of reduction gears as and when required, checking and adjusting car levels in all the floors, checking and ensuring that all safety provisions are intact, checking and replacing all damaged and unserviceable components including motors , suspension ropes and reduction gears, attending all break down calls as and when intimated over telephone and setting right the lift by arranging genuine materials /spares ,consumables and labour etc as required. 2 1 No of 13 Passenger lift ( Lift No 1, Year of commissioning 2020, Make: M/s Thyssenkrupp) serving G+4 Floor 3 First Year 4 Second Year 5 1 No of 13Passenger lift ( Lift No 2, Year of commissioning 2020, Make: M/s Thyssenkrupp) serving G+4 Floor 6 First Year 7 Second Year 8 Arranging annual Lift inspection by Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate for the above lift including remitting necessary Application fee and License Fee for each of above lift etc as required 9 Providing valid Insurance for passengers for each lift as below i/c liasoning with Insurance Agency ,paying applicable premium etc as reqd (Annually) 10 13 Passenger lift
