Tender For Laying Of Internal Water Supply Line In Sec-1A And 1B At Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad - Excavation for pipe line in all type of soil (loam, clay or sand) with lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m and including filling back, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal, disposal of surplus earth within 50 m. 2 Supply of following size ISI marked A.C. pressure pipe & couplings class-15 MANUFACTURED BY MAZZA PROCESS with the use of fly ash confirming to I.S. code 1592/2003 or its latest amendments along with sets of 3 Nos ISI marked Rubber ring Type-3 I.S. 5382/1986 (Ist Revision redefined 1998 with amendment) in the standard length of 5.00 M and i/c jointing with C.I. detachable joints, specials and fittings etc and lowering the same into trenches and laying jointing true to alignment and gradient including testing of pipe line i/c the cost of cutting pipes for making of length & making joints besides trenching but excluding the cost of trenching 3 350 mm dia A.C. pipe Class-15 4 250 mm dia A.C. pipe Class-15 5 200 mm dia A.C. pipe Class-15 6 Supply, carting and laying of following dia pipe 6.00 Kg/Cm2 PVC (ISI Mark) pipe up tp 8 KM for within the muncipal limit and including all quality specials coupplings fittings to site of work lowering the same into treanchs and laying true to alignment & gradient, including testing of pipe line ( Excluding the cost of trenching but including cutting pipe for making up the length and making joints. 7 150 mm dia OD or 160 mm dia ID PVC Pipe 8 125 mm dia OD or 140 mm dia ID PVC Pipe 9 100 mm dia OD or 110 mm dia ID PVC Pipe 10 Supply of I.S.I. mark PVC specials for different type of pipes and Fixtures such as tee bend, Sockets, Tail piece, Tapers, Flanges etc. (10% Cost of Item No-3) 11 Supply and fixing of following size ISI mark D/F or plain ended sluice valves/Scover valves Class-II confirming to I.S. 14846/2000 with cap including cartage, loading and unloadinglowering them in already prepared trenches and flxing in position i/c supply of jointing material such as nutbolts, rubber insertion etc complete.and i/c all taxes etc complete. 12 For 100 mm dia 13 For 300 mm dia 14 Supply and fixing of 80mm size ISI mark D/F fire hydrants confirming to I.S. 14846/2000 with cap including cartage, loading and unloadinglowering them in already prepared trenches and flxing in position i/c supply of jointing material such as nutbolts, rubber insertion etc complete.and i/c all taxes etc complete. 15 Supply and fixing of 80 mm size double action ISI mark D/F Air valves confirming to I.S. 14846/2000 with cap including cartage, loading and unloadinglowering them in already prepared trenches and flxing in position i/c supply of jointing material such as nutbolts, rubber insertion etc complete.and i/c all taxes etc complete. 16 Providing all materials and construction of sluice value or scover values, fire Hydrant and air valve chamber as per attached drawing & design of U.P. Jal Nigam complete with excavation and removal of surplus earth to a distance 30 M. Laying 10 cm thick cement concrate 1:5:10 with one part of cement,Five part coarse sand of F.M. 2.2 to 3.6 and ten part of 40 mm graded stone ballast in foundation /floors base of the chamber and brick masonary in 1:5 cement and coarse sand of F.M. 1.50 to 2.20 Mortar and plaster in 1:3 cement and coarse sand of F.M/ 1.50 to 2.20 mortar, floor with 1:2:4 cement concrete, R.C.C cover in the proportion 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand of F.M. 2.20 to 3.60 and 20 mm graded stone grit with 35x35x5mm M/S. angle frame duly welded with 6 mm dia bars @ 10 cm i/c both ways which will be fixed or hinged with 3 Nos hinges (if reguired ) in 40x40x5 mmangle iron frame with 4 Nos hold fast of 35x5 mm M.S. flat of 10cm long and grouted with 10 cm thick R.C.C. of 1:1.5:3 over top of the chamber i/c cost of steel and fixng in position etc and also i/c supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge. size of chamber will be as per drawing or as per direction A.E. incharge. 17 chamber size 0.90x0.90m (inner size) 18 chamber size 1.20x1.20 m (inner size) 19 Supply of C.I. specials for different type of pipes and Fixtures such as Tee bend, Sockets, Tail piece, Tappers, Flanges, C.I.
