Tender For In Ward 67 Preet Vihar, From Sachin Jains House To Subodhs House And Umeshs Lane, Road Work By Drain And C.C. - Dimantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 M-150 brick work in 1:4 one cement and four course sand . mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, T & P etc required for proper complition of the work S.I No.305 a 4 12 mm thick plaster 1:4 with Cement and four course sand including supply all material and labour, T & etc. SI No.584 (A) 5 Cement Concrete with 2.0 cm. gaug;e Approved stone grid coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including , T&P etc. S.I. 279 (a) 6 Supplyand stacking of hard stone22.4 -53 mm gauge stone ballast i/c All comp work 7 Consolidation of hard stone ballast byhand rammer including opening out stacks sorting hard stone ballast into three sizes, repairing patches in existing road suface with hard stone ballast making medhi to retain water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 30 meters (100 ft.) carriage of water 200 metre supply and maintenance of barriers and all tools and plants required for proper completion of work, hard stone ballast to be supplied to the contractor free at site.but 12cm (loose) thick coat of stone ballast excluding roller charges +all comp. work 8 Consinction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint only plan cement concrete pavement thickness as per disign over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:2:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to lS 383 maximum size of coarse aggegate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capicity and appropriate weight batcher using approvd mix design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channal laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacled using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in constinous operating including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per normsapplying debonding strips primer sealent dowel bars,near approaches to bridges /culvert and consruction ,joints admixtures , as approved curing of concrete slabs for fourteen days ,curing compound,(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical spercification clause 1501 i/c cost of polyethene sheets and dowel bars and also including complete shifting of material and concrete etc (M-30)(wuthout dowel bars) 9 providing of trimix for cc road i/c hire &fuel charge of concrete floter+ all complete 10 providing & applying concrete of hardner of cc road top surface i/c all complete 11 providing and filling in posite rubberized hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joint in road / pavement including groove cutting as per norms etc all complete 12 Deduction cost of old brick 13 Deduction cost of old brick bat 14 Supply and Fixing Sign Board at site.+all comp.of work.
