Tender For Certain Repair To Fencing At Bakloh Cantt; 1 Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Disamntling of RCCpostsany section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embeddedconcrete including cleaning and cutting of grass,shurbs,bushes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M & L cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggt) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Supply only Chain link fencing 3.8mm dia galvanized wire (100x100) mm mesh made upto matress lapped wire and laid on position / fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply Only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 3.8mm dia, PVC Coating wire (mesh size 100x100mm), made upto matress lapped wire , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Mild steel work as post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc; and similar works conforming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W(Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping forcolumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbedwire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm crushed stone agg.) as in sub base finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width withprecast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for rendering 15mm thick(in two layer of 10mm+5mm) cement plaster on concrete surfaces or fair surface face of block masonary work in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, benchings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 M&L for applying two coats of white wash on New plastered surfaceas on wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description,n exc10 cm in width or girth, girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
