Tender For Provn Of Fire Alarm System At Bldg No P-1217 At Af Stn Gwalior.; 1 Supply, install testing and commissioning of Analogue Addressable Microprocessorbased Modular Expandable fire alarm panelwith standard 80 character LCD display, three Access levels, minimum 2000 event historic logging, flash EPROM sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling UPS 160 KVA controller 440V ACpower supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 4 hours normal working and capable of operating the system for 1 hours during an emergency condition complete. The panel should be of web server based and Ethernet port should be inbuilt. The panel should have one nos ofNAC external with sufficient power. The panel should be with CRCA enclosure of proper 16 gauge and hinged front door with lock & key. The panel should be EN-54 / No Hardware / software Dongle / Lincese required for operating the panel / programming/ programming modification & if required the cost should be included on the same for Life time. 2 Supply, install, test and commissioning intelligent type analog addressable sensor with micro processor based single unitsmoke cum heat Detector complying with and type certified to EN 54 addressable type, microprocessor based, programable inteligent type, multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination with base working on ionisation priciple and photo electric type complete including necessary connection all as specified and directed. 3 Supply install test and commissioning Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe EN 54 on 24V DC made of FR ABS Plastic all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply install test and commissioning of addressable response indicator metallic type with dual red colour LED indicator, Flus/ ceiling mounted, operating on 12 V DC complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Wiring for circuit/submainwiring surface mounted drawn in steel conduit of minimum 20mm dia with2x1.5 sq. mmsize of FRLSH in PVC insulatedcopper conductor, singlecore cable in surface for fire alarm control wiring complete all as specified and as directed.Note: 1.The Cost of necessary steel Tee, bends, junction boxes saddle with clamps is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.2. The cost of post box red colour on the surface of steel conduit is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 6 Supply and fixing of heavy duty electronic siren min 3.5 KM range with three tone arrangement, single phase, 220V, alongwith control gear box complete and mounting arrangement with suitable dia GI pipe of height not less than 2.5 RM and connecting cable from siren to MCB DBs complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. Requred PCC base, grouting with foundation bolts and nuts for fixing the Siren on the roof is included in the quoted rate.2. A Suitable size Galvanium shed supprted on angle iron frame to protect the siren from dust is included in the quoted rate. 7 Supply and fix addressable type Manual Call point enclosed in the Press Type compatible with main fire alarm control board microprocessor based resettable as per IS-2189 and LED blinking alrm facility. complete all as specified and directed.Note:1. The call points shall be installed 1.4m above the floor level.2. The MCP shall be interlinked with the Fire Control panel.3. The MCP shall be fixed in the path of escape and essentially near the exit point.4. The MCP shall be capable to transmit signals to the control panel to effect the movement of fire crew.to tackle the situation. 8 Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for Single door MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, Single Pole & Neutral (SPN), suitable for 4 way, 240 volts,IP 43 & IK 09 fixed on wall with din rail, neutral and earth bar, in proper position all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply & fixing in repair MCB SPN of capacity 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ series, fixedin proper positionall as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply & Fixing or Passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, nominal cross sectional area 06 sqmm 2 core including Brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc and testing complete all as specefied and as directed, (From MCB DB to Siren and Main DB to MCB DB at Ground floor) 11 Supply and fix the control relay module for UPS power and programming for automatic tripping of UPS 160 KVA during fire complete all as specified and as directed.
