1- Emulstion/Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued free of cost on the basis actual consumption from the centralstore PD, PWD, Mainpuri 2- There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.3- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.4- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.5- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 6- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
