Tender For Rfp-Operating Iec Communication Vehicles For Awareness On New Contraceptives In Jaipur, Jodhpur, And Udaipur The selected agency will be responsible for: Vehicle Provision & Maintenance: Supply and maintain appropriate communication vehicles (Tata Ace/Bolero Pick-up or similar) for use in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur districts. Vehicles must be roadworthy and meet all legal requirements. IEC Display: Vehicles must prominently display IEC material related to new contraceptives on all sides to ensure visibility. Posters and branding will be provided by CECOEDECON. Audio-Visual Equipment: Each vehicle must have a minimum 43-inch LED/LCD screen, high-quality audio speakers, and a functioning microphone to display educational videos on family planning methods. Operational Areas: Campaigns will be conducted in pre-identified villages and urban slums of Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur. Poster Placement: Place five (3x2 ft) posters in key public areas per location (e.g., Panchayat Bhawan, tea stalls, schools, government buildings). The agency will be responsible for obtaining any required permissions from local authorities or community leaders.
