Tender For Work To Repair Of Hand Pump Of Various Rwss Pilibanga. - Job Work for Successful Repairing of All type of Handpump without material. 3 MinorRepair without unlowering and lowering of assembly pipes (Replacement or Repair of Chain, Handle, Handle Assembly, Water Tank, Bearing, Greasing etc.including welding and lathe work if any.) 4 Major Repair with unlowering and lowering of 32/ 50 mm GI pipes assembly including minor repair if any. Work also includes transportation of all material from store to work point and depositing unservicable material to store. Work can be done by lowering machine/ chain pulley/ any system. 5 Repair of handpump when pipe assembly is jammed/fallen in the bore and to be taken out with help of tripod and chain pulley block etc. 6 Removing abandoned handpump including dismantling of platform, cutting of casing pipe minimum upto 0.3 m depth below ground level , depositing taken out material to store, filling bore with stone or earth and surface dressing. 7 Painting and writing of code on all Type sources (Hand pump/single phase/tubewell/Ow) of various rural /Urban water supply schemes The Code number of Source shall be based on District code/Block(sub District) Code /Village code/Type of source ie(HP/TW/SP/OW)/Source No.The Minimum Size of letters painted for coding shall be preferably 10X20 mm (width 10 mm and Height 20 mm) 8 Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depthin all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 9 Nominal bore 100 mm dia. 10 Construction of 185 cm. dia platform as per approved design & drawing of UNICEF. 11 Construction of tube well from ground level and up to 100 mtr. depth and above of following sizes in all types of soils in alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by bailing method and without gravel packing as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work includes formation of cavity at bottom by development with appropriate air compressor or bailer pumping and also lowering of casing pipe but excluding cost of the casing pipe.The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe.The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. 12 Nominal bore 100 mm dia.
