High Density foam to be used as cushioning material, 4. Sample back-cushion is lying with the Court Management Department. Vendors are requested to visit Court Management Department to ascertain the specifications of the back-cushions, 5. Very high quality cloth should be used, 6. Successful vendor/ supplier/ concern (s) is/are required to execute the work within 07 (seven) days of issuance of the work order. 7. Willing vendors are requested to submit their quotations indicating the total amount including all the taxes and charges. 8. Vendors are requested to submit the following documents along with the quotation: 1. Pan, 2. Trade License, 3. GST
